3 Sanskars: Satvik, Rajasik and Tamasik Purifications

Sanskar is a herbal medicinal treatment which is external help for your spiritual body to become pure and/or to get rid of the unwanted energies around or within you which can create obstacles or difficulties for you to do the sadhana and get maximum results.

Nadi Shodhan

Nadi Shodhan is a process where a person makes a yantra on his/her body. The yantra is the like the electrical circuit board where each wire is responsible for capturing energy and transferring it. In the same way the symbols of the yantra are responsible for capturing and transferring cosmic energy to activate kundalini. The paste you use in the nadi shodhan is made up of materials which are high conductors of cosmic energies and also act as the lubricant for the smooth transfer of energy.

Kundalini Kriya Sanskar

This is a next level of sanskar or we can say higher composition of herbs which are used only on auspicious events of tantra or during the higher level of a tantra session. This works different than the purification sanskar. It acts as a point of attraction for the energies and also gives more strength to the chakras in the kundalini process.
